Phillips joins the agency from Next Fifteen Communications Group, where she served as CFO and head of operations for the portfolio brand Outcast. Crosswind Media and Public Relations promotes Eric Moore to vice president of brand strategy. Moore, who has been with the agency since 2021, was previously a senior advisor. Before coming to Crosswind, he was director of strategic partnerships at software development company 2Cimple. In his new role at Crosswind, Moore oversee the firm’s Dallas office and is also tasked with guiding clients in the discovery, development and execution of their stakeholder experiences. Lansons hires Teneo creative director Liam Bell as executive creative director. Bell has also served as managing director of strategic communications consultancy Blue Rubicon, which Teneo acquired in 2015. Alongside Lansons’ new director of strategy, David Rowson, he will work to building the agency’s planning and creative team. “I’ve worked with Liam for many years and know he is one of the best creatives in the industry. Before joining Ditto as a communications assistant, Morin worked at Havas Blockchain, the Web3 division of Havas Paris, where she built up her experience in Web3 on such accounts as Tezos and Binance.
