Lindsey was previously at MP&F Strategic Communications for 16 years, most recently serving as senior VP, working with clients in sectors including hospitality, spirits, tourism, education, transportation, automotive, manufacturing and commercial real estate. (MBPR was spun off from MP&F in 2018.) Lindsey recently served as president of the Public Relations Society of America Nashville chapter and is a member of the board of directors for PRSA Southeast. “Leigh is very well known in the Nashville and public relations communities, and she brings a new, fresh creative approach to MBPR,” said MBPR partner Kelly Brockman.

ChargePoint, a provider of networked hardware and software solutions for charging electric vehicles, hires Sherice Torres as CMO. Torres most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Circle, a global financial technology firm. Her previous positions included CMO at Novi, Meta’s financial services division; global marketing director and global inclusion director at Google; and a range of executive marketing roles at Nickelodeon. “Sherice joins ChargePoint to scale our global marketing efforts, fostering customer transitions into the EV era via dynamic communication and subject matter education,” said ChargePoint CEO Pasquale Romano.

Hootsuite, social media management outfit, names Elina Vilk CMO. Vilk comes to the company from eCommerce platform WooCommerce, where she also held the CMO position. Before that, she was head of global small business marketing at Meta and head of global marketing, enterprise at PayPal. Vilk will join the company’s executive leadership, which is 75 percent women, reporting to company CEO Irina Novoselsky. “As I looked for our next CMO, Elina stood out for her expertise in harnessing the power of social to glean insights into the needs, wants and pain points throughout the customer's journey,” said Novoselsky.




Cindy Leggett-Flynn, who most recently led communications at Credit Suisse, is coming on board at Swiss multinational private bank and wealth management firm Julius Baer Group as group head of communications.
