González will lead the development of Porter Novelli’s health and wellness practice in Latin America, and will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s work with health and wellness brands in that region. She will work out of Porter Novelli’s Mexico City office and will report to Porter Novelli Mexico partner and managing director Sandra Kleinburg,
González, who began her career as a reporter, joins Porter Novelli from JeffreyGroup, where she was group director and responsible for high-profile clients such as Mead Johnson Nutrition, Merck, Novartis and Johnson & Johnson. In a statement, Kleinburg said the agency’s Mexico health and wellness practice is “growing steadily,” and the addition of González to its team “reflects the increased focus we are placing on this important and fast-growing part of our business.”
