McGrath/Power hired Kristin Bleier as VP and Jill Hamilton as people, culture and operations manager. Bleier’s agency experience includes NetApp, Allison+Partners and The Hoffman Agency. She has run global integrated communications programs for both enterprise and consumer clients, such as Samsung Mobile, Plantronics and HP. At McGrath/Power, she will be responsible for leading account teams and driving new business and development, as well as overall agency management. Hamilton joins McGrath/Power from Naehas, a content management platform company, where she was the first human resources professional hired to build the department, establish process and policies, and work with the CEO on various strategic HR initiatives. “Each of them has already made positive impacts on our agency culture and client programs, and I look forward to seeing what great things are to come,” said Jonathan Bloom, McGrath/Power CEO and founding partner.

Wedbush Securities promoted Natalie Svider from VP of PR to senior VP and marketing director. In addition, Millie Khoe has been promoted from meetings and events manager to vp, marketing and corporate events director. Svider joined Wedbush in 2016 after running her own consultancy practice. Previously, she was a senior account supervisor at Ruder Finn, and began her public relations career as an executive assistant to the head of television publicity at Warner Bros. In her new role, Svider will oversee the marketing department, along with her continued role in public relations. Svider and Khoe are based at the Wedbush Los Angeles headquarters. “Natalie and Millie have extensive careers built on success,” said Wedbush executive vp and chief administrative officer Don Hultgren. “I am confident that the marketing team is under great leadership.”

Shafiki comes to Safe-T from security policy orchestration company Tufin®, where she was vp marketing. She has also served as associate vp of global public relations at Comverse, global director of marketing & communications for Lumenis and director of corporate communications at PowerDsine.
