Diffusion picked up Core Digital Media, a digital media and marketing company based out of Los Angeles. Diffusion’s campaign, serviced from both its New York City and Los Angeles offices, will work to establish brand awareness and grow the audience for Core’s latest digital media product, WalletJoy. The agency will facilitate a series of data-driven reports highlighting the emotional consequences financial stress can cause, as well as collaborating with social media finance influencers to offer their perspectives in partnership with WalletJoy site content.

Zapwater Communications has been retained by FOUND Hotels, which transforms old buildings into spaces where guests are invited to participate in shared experiences. Zapwater’s scope of work includes media relations, thought leadership and events for the company. “We’re eager to introduce media to FOUND Hotels and develop strategic partnerships,” said Zapwater CEO and founder David Zapata. With current locations in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and Washington D.C., FOUND Hotels has plans for expansion in Miami, Santa Monica and San Diego. The hotels offer private and shared bunk rooms, as well as communal spaces and access to popular attractions in each city.

Sea Island

Chemistry has been named creative agency of record for Sea Island, a resort destination on the southeastern coast of Georgia. Chemistry will spearhead the development of the company’s brand campaign, including print, video and digital advertising, as well as provide overall brand support. Celeste Hubbard, EVP, group account director at Chemistry, will lead the Sea Island account. Work is slated to launch in the third quarter of 2020. “This new partnership will help us highlight the unique experiences and environment that have made Sea Island a destination for generations of families and golfers as well as the host site for meetings and weddings,” said Sea Island chief marketing officer Parra Vaughan.
