Glen Echo Group has added Dan Rubin, communications director at the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, which is chaired by Massachusetts Congressman Richard Neal.
In that post, he tackled issues such as tax policy, healthcare and trade.
Earlier, Rubin served as communications director for Democrats Jim McDermott (WA) and John Tierney (MA).
