FINN Partners brings on Edelman head of new business and client experience APAC Annouchka Behrmann as senior partner in its Hong Kong office. Before joining Edelman in Hong Kong in 2017, Behrmann was managing director brand at MHP Communications in London and head of retail and leisure at Hill + Knowlton Strategies. At FINN, she will report to Cathy Feliciano-Chon, managing partner, FINN Partners Greater China and join the FINN Greater China leadership team. “Her intimate knowledge of this region, coupled with her expertise in strategic communications and campaign development, make her the ideal person to mobilize our teams and partner with clients to drive bottom line impact,” notes FINN founding partner Howard Solomon, who has responsibility over Asia.

Sprout Social, a provider of cloud-based social media management software, appoints Scott Morris as CMO, effective Dec. 4. Morris joins Sprout from Zendesk, where he most recently served as acting CMO. He previously held various leadership roles at Adobe where he led product marketing for Creative Cloud, and then campaign marketing for both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. In his new post, Morris will oversee Sprout’s global marketing organization and be a key contributor to the company’s growth. “Not only is Scott an accomplished marketer, he is a stand-out leader who is dedicated to empowering teams to think creatively and find innovative solutions,” said Sprout Social president Ryan Barretto.

Sitecore, a digital experience management software company, names Kathie Johnson as CMO. Johnson was most recently CMO at contact center platform provider Talkdesk. She was previously SVP of marketing at Salesforce and VP global advertising, equity and strategy at Dassault Sytems. “Kathie's track record as a marketing leader speaks for itself,” said Sitecore CEO Steve Tzikakis. “Her formidable background securing brand expansion and delivering incredible digital experiences will massively contribute to Sitecore's efforts to disrupt, accelerate and innovate digital experience delivery.”
